FixedColumns - How to mantain the original width of a table and columns when you use FixedColumns?

I wonder how i can mantain the original width of the original columns and the table itself when i use FixedColumns, because FixedColumns always add the size of the frozen cols to the table itself. Other thing is that FixedColumns in "auto" mode resize the all frozen the columns to the same size, not respecting the original size of the columns.
