Import big file csv

Hello, I use the csv import as described in the example, I had to adapt it for json data, but it works. On the other hand, I have fairly large imports to make, 10,000 rows with 202 columns for example. So I have an error for a shipment of more than 1000 variables. I would like the import to be done line by line rather than as a whole. Do you have a solution?
