Not sure what Registers are but I assume you mean rows. Are you looking for something like this?

this one will help, I wish I could show the pag 1 of 3 at top and the total of rows at bottom, but this will work, thank you very much

The dom option is used to control where the Datatables elements are placed. You could display the info element at the top and bottom but it will be the same. You could do something like the Custom Toobar example to place the custom info element (from your other thread) where you like while using the default (i) to display info from infoCallback.
