expand table to the bottom of the table

I have created a table with horizontal and vertical scroll bars. Lets say I fix the height to 200px. This means on larger monitors, the bottom of the screen is never utilised.

Is there a way of expanding the height so that it automatically fits the space from its location to the bottom of the browser.

use those methods to set the height to something appropriate. or use a percent for height.
