Hello, I want to change the Button namen and the dataTables info, but I dont know in which file.

Okay, do I have to add the Plug-In or is it allready in the files?
You need to add it. The plug-in pages link to CDN urls you can use if you don't want to host the file yourself.
The manual describes how the i18n translations can be loaded in locally, statically or from the CDN.
