Problems after switching to 1.8.2 release

1. "Warning TableTools 2 requires DataTables 1.7 or greater" popup when starting app.

2. I get an exception in the console "$("#requestData").dataTable is not a function"

I was using one of the 1.8.2 nightly builds and it works fine.

It sounds like either there is a Javascript parsing error, or the file isn't being included. Do you have a link that I could take a look ait?

It seems to only be a problem when I have TableTools loaded. If I don't load TableTools it seems to work fine.
