Fix field for one row

Happy Evening one and all,

I am using the editor to enable the user to add rows in a Datatable. The first column is a criterion and the others are values for that criterion. I add the first two rows before the table is shown (name and city). I dont want the user change those criteria but only the values on the other columns. Cant use the readonly option because for the user should be able to change the values for the new rows, Is it possible?
