Table styling needing webpage reload

Error messages shown: no error message from what I see
Description of problem: the table is not styled when loading the page for the first time, and after a page refresh the table is correctly styled.

This appears to be working for me - I've tried both FF and Chrome, on Ubuntu. Please can you give more instructions on how to reproduce,
