How to use a different value for a TD field while exporting to cvs?

What I mean by that is, in the HTML my table view should look like
<td> Field Name <td>
But in the exported csv I want the header/column name to be field_name.

You would use orthogonal data for that - see example here. There the checkboxes are being converted into a string, you could do the same with your fields,
