Export to Excel/CSV cutting off data values

Hello,

I'm having an odd problem with Datatables cutting off one of my strings when I export the table to Excel or csv. The string is displayed correctly on the table on our website, but if I export the table only half the string shows up in the exported version: "w1 w2 & w3" becomes "w1 w2 ", though other strings with an & in them export correctly, so I don't think that is the issue. Any idea what might cause this?

Anyone have any ideas? I suspect it is something particular to this string, as I have not noticed this behavior with any other string in our tables, but don't know what to look for. A quick inspection of the string turned up nothing strange (no special characters). What would cause Data Tables to truncate a string on export?
