Show options too, when results are 0

Sorry there's no link to a testcase, but my question is simple. With searchPanes, when one of the options does not contain results (0) then it is not shown. I would like to show all options in a searchPane, even when there are no results found for it. This way users have an overview of what possible results there can be, rather than showing nothing at all, or just one.

I've studied "threshold", but dont think that's my way to go. Also "show" for a searchPane option is not available as far as I know.
