who create a searching columns rows before hide first column

I need hide and sorting the first column.
In columns 2,3,4 a need put a dropdownlist to shearch
Who do that
I try this but don't works

There are a few issues.

1. You have .appendTo( $("thead tr:eq(1) td"). But the footer is using th so the selector should be $("thead tr:eq(1) th").
2. Enable orderCellsTop, ie, orderCellsTop: true,.
3. Since you are using jQuery selectors you need to have all the columns visible when initComplete executes. Instead of using { "visible": false, "targets": 0 } hide the column in initComplete after the select search lists are created.
