Show SearchBuilder Form

DataTables website have the example (link below) for searchbuilder extension. In the example when button is clicked, it shows search Builder form (as shown in the image below).

When I try to replicate, I am getting the box below. If I will click on "Add Condition", I will have the same form but it's an additional step to reach there.

Interesting! Many thanks for the link. There was a problem with the styling integration. I've just committed a fix and it will be in the nightly shortly, and the next release.
