ViewTotal & CascadePanes blocking paging

Hi

First of all thanks for an awesome Plugin!
However as earlier reported I am also experiencing a problem with the pagination when using "cascadepanes" and/or "viewtotal = true".

According to your release notes this should be a part of the cdn, when downloading the seachpanes from the builder:
https://cdn.datatables.net/searchpanes/1.4.0/

However I am still experiencing this issue.
Also, in your SearchPanes examples the pagination does also not seem to work?

Is this a registred issue, or is it only me experiencing it?

No, I'm seeing that too, something must have regressed, thanks for reporting.

I've re-opened the original issue (DD-2022 for my reference) and we'll report back here when there's an update.

Yep, more than likely in a couple of days. I've fixed the unit test as well, so the regression won't occur again after the fix

Hi @AdamV ,

That should be the issue fixed now as you can see at this example. Apologies for this, it's something that I missed when we rewrote the code for version 2.

This will be available in the next SearchPanes release which we hope will be in the next few weeks. Until then you can access the fix from the nightly builds.
