Issue with table footer in responsive mode

Hello,
I create a table with search fields in the footer, which is then displayed as a caption to appear at the top of the table.

My problem : the responsive option hides columns progressively when the screen width shrinks. So on a mobile, all the search fields disappear.

I tried to put all the search fields in a single footer th element (the one of the prioritized column) but dataTable does not seem to like it.
