Option to remove green plus button

Is there a way to remove the green plus button entirely? If so, how can that be done?

I would just like to know if there is a way to disable it, so it never appears. I am using CloudTables.

With CloudTables, yes. In the “Table” tab for the dataset you are using, in the inspector you will see a “Responsive” option. It is enabled by default. You can disable that and the columns will not be automatically hidden when the display width is too small.
