Binding together table rows

Is there any way of binding two or more rows together so that they sort as one, but are individually editable? To illustrate let me quickly overview the application. The table is being used to list the phones in an organization, some of these phone have multiple lines (extension numbers) so the phone object needs to move as one but the individual lines still need to be seen and edited.
