cascadePanes not working, when SearchPane is initialized via API

Hi,

first of all, thank you for making this great product!!!

I noticed that when SearchPanes are initialized with DOM, cascadePanes is working fine. However, when initializing SearchPanes via API as described in this example (https://datatables.net/extensions/searchpanes/examples/initialisation/api.html), cascadePanes is not working.

I created a simple test case here live.datatables.net/jorulaki/1/, which shows the problem.

I am not a JavaScript expert, so I don't know how to fix this.

I am initializing SearchPanes via the API, so I can place it correctly in my Bootstrap page.

Hi Jan,

I'm afraid it looks like we've got a bug there. The fix isn't immediately apparent to me - I'll need to work through it when I get a chance. Will update here when it is done.
