Make input fields visible depending on value of another fields checkbox

Good morning

I have an edit dialog where I can change address information from a customer....
And in this dialog it is possible to have a separate billing/shipping address.

Is there a way to display the shipping input fields when another checkbox is set?
Also when this separate address is not checked that the shipping fields are made visible upon checking the "separate address" checkbox?

Have a look at this example which shows what you are looking for (albeit with a select dropdown rather than a radio box).
