StateRestore: ColReorder incompatible with column visibility when restoring state

Hi,

It seems that using both column reordering and column visibility causes some confusion when restoring states.

To reproduce the issue:
1. Switch the first two columns
2. Use colvis button to hide the first column
3. Create new state
4. Load newly created state

Once again thank you for making your product available open source. I am working on a solo side-project but if it gets commercial I will make sure to contribute.

Agreed - thanks for noting this and the test case. I can't look into it in depth right now, but it is something I will look at before the next patch releases.
