How to disable/unable the next searchpane filters when its previous one is selected with option.

I have searchpanes filters on the page which has datatable as well. I want that initially only first filter is enabled and others should be disabled. as soon as we select the option in first filter, next filter should be enabled for selection. hence on selection of 2nd filter 3rd filter will be enabled and so on.
also, we want that on deselecting all the option of a filter, all followed filters should be disabled again and table data should not be filtered on disabled filters.

can we achieve this using some property directly or other way to achieve this.
