Is there any way to set TrustServerCertificate => 1 in the sql_details connection settings for Sqlserver?
I know you can pass PDO constants with pdoattr but I don't see how I can pass this setting so I can remain encrypted but accept the self signed cert.

ok, I figured it out. I just passed it through the dns setting.
