Order descending by default on first click

I would like to set the default sort order to descending when clicking on a non ordered column.
I'm able to set the default ordering to descending when first load the table, but I need to set the first ordering option to descending also on all the other orderable column, so when a user click on an unordered column, the first result is order by descending.
Is that possible?
