How use jquery plugin in datatable

I use datatable in bServerSide option. I would like use rate plugin (http://orkans-tmp.22web.net/star_rating/) but actually i can see only the radio button.

Have you any ideas ?

Probably the same as this: http://datatables.net/faqs#ss_events - you need to use fnDrawCallback to initialise the plug-in.
