I´m trying to submit a test case on codesandbox (react js needed) and it doesn´t work

You need to use:

import $ from "jquery";
import DataTables from "datatables.net";

DataTables(window, $);

• Line 1 - jQuery import, which you had
• Line 2 - DataTable import - note that we just use the default export, not a named DataTable which DataTables doesn't not export
• Line 4 - Attach DataTables to the jQuery object.
