could you please explain why i can make transactions but cant recieve them

This is presumably for a crypto wallet? Who is your provider? You'd need to take it up with them.
DataTables is a software library that we provide to other developers for them to create web-apps and sites. It sounds like in this case the developer that created whatever pages you are browsing used DataTables. The error you are seeing means just what it says - the Ajax response from the server is in error. It would be up to the developer of that app / site to fix.
