Responsive does not work on ec2 IIS after updates but works locally

Hello,

I have been using the responsive plug-in for a while now on several .Net applications. I have never had any trouble until recently when I updated all of my Nu-Get packages and JavaScript libraries for an application. Now, the responsive function will not work when I run my application in IIS on ec2. The green plus sign is missing and both of the columns which should be hidden below the parent row are just displayed. Strangely, the application runs perfectly fine when I run the application locally on IIS Express. This is the first time in my development career that I have experienced different behavior when an application is run locally vs. being run on a server. I have spent several days dong everything I can think of to get this to work but continue to have this problem. The only thing that appears to work is reverting the whole application to a previous version without any of the Nu-Get or JavaScript updates. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thank You,
Kyle
