Search Builder not working

Hi All, Search builder is not working after adding it to the page, it shows and allows me to add the conditions but it's not querying the table according to the conditions given. everything remains the same after adding the search conditions, is there anything i'm doing wrong?

Without knowing anything about your configuration its hard to say. My guess is you have server side processing enabled but your server script doesn't support column searching. Please post a link to your page or a test case replicating the issue so we can help debug.
