When I apply a filter on table often return more than hundred record and table was on multiple pages. When I use the export to pdf button plugin, however, it only exports the page I'm viewing. There is a way to export all record in the table?

Disable "serverSide" and try again please.

As @rf1234 said, this is probably because serverSide is enabled, which means only the records being displayed are in the DOM and are therefore exportable.

These two threads, here and here, discuss methods on how to export serverSide data and may be useful.
