how to setup the database?

is there a command for database testing like database migration? I'm new here and just purchased.

There's no need to migrate the database, DataTables and Editor just need to be pointed at your existing data source. Those links will take you to the getting started pages for each.

Out of interest, what have you purchased as our records aren't showing anything?
