Quick support option?

Has quick support been removed? I see a page that says:

SpryMedia Ltd (the company behind DataTables) provides professional support maintenance contracts:

• Quick support - for when you need an answer to just one or two questions.

But the link leads to a page with only the full support packages.

It has - sorry, I missed that section when updating the site. I'll get it now.

Perhaps you could detail your question and I'll be able to either point you in the right direction, assist if it is straight forward or state if it would fall under one of our larger packages.

The reason for the removal of the smaller packages was that it was ending up being an implementation service, which was not the intention with it.

There are two issues I haven't been able to figure out:

• Can the table not refresh after an edit?

• SearchPanes: Neither countFiltered nor cascadePanes work with server-side processing
