Radio option required with no default value error

A simple test like this will generate a error if user try to create without select any radio option.

Thanks for letting me know about that. What to do is click on the red text below the second field and enter a default value (or modify the Javascript that has already been generated and add a field.def option to the field in question.

I'm surprised that gives a Javascript error though as is - I'll look into that.
