colvis not showing up

Description of problem:
I believe i configured the colvis correctly but it is not showing up for some reason.

The test case is a snapshot of the html that was generated by my Django app so all the js is in the html file inside of script tags.

I am new to DataTables so I am not sure if i have done something silly, but I would appreciate any help or suggestions that will help me understand and fix the issue.

It doesn't look like you are loading the colvis library. Use the Download Builder or get the CDN link from here.

Well that is embarrassing I did use the download builder, but didn't realize i hadn't selected the ColumnVisibility button......just silly.
