Description of problem: test is generated by Generator, but result is not shown (cdn is not found), so the resulting app is not working

Sorry! I need to upgrade Generator's URL creator for the CDN. We don't host pdfmake any more - it burns way to much bandwidth.
What to do us use the download page to get the correct include files and them use them. Apologies for that - I'll get Generator updated soon.
