PDF button orientation can't be set to landscape on some browsers

I have the Buttons extension and I extend the 'pdf' button setting orientation: 'landscape'. This works on most systems, but on Chrome on Linux it doesn't unless I extend 'pdfHtml5' instead of 'pdf'. My understanding from the documentation is that the 'pdf' button is just a proxy for 'pdfHtml5'. Is this a bug, or is it expected? And is it safe to use 'pdfHtml5' now given modern browsers?

The flash variant is long since dead. Just use the pdfHtml5 button type.

That said, pdf should just proxy through, so I'll have a look at that tomorrow.
