Description of problem:
We have a package are got via download builder
" Included libraries:
DataTables 1.10.20, Buttons 1.6.1, Column visibility 1.6.1, HTML5 export 1.6.1, ColReorder 1.5.2, FixedColumns 3.3.0, Responsive 2.2.3"
Now we need to add the RowReorder extension
I tried to include RowRorder separately to our project (versions 1.2.6 and 1.4.1) but for both I got next behaviour:
any attempt of dragging creates an empty row if dragging is initiated inside fixed column and I drag the empty row
Is it a known bug or maybe I did something wrong?

1.10.20 is over 4 years old now and no longer supported. The current release is 1.13.8. I would suggest updating and seeing if that resolves your issue (along with all the other extensions also being updated).
If it doesn't please link to a test case showing the issue.
