Excel output Datatable data names instead of table names or both

I was looking over the options, but I cannot figure out if it is possible to output the actual data name instead of the table header name for the columns. Maybe even output both the data name and the table header name.

This is important because I want to be able to export an excel spreadsheet, give it to someone to edit, then import the data back in. Currently I would have to cross reference the table header name with a list of names to find out what data column that belongs to, then update that data cell.

Where as if I could have exported the actual data name, then when I import it I can just use the header row to indicate what data field gets the new data.

Yes, that is a very good example I can work with.

    Thank you very much.
