Elaborate on searchBuilderType + serverSide

When using serverSide processing it is important to use this option to maintain consistent conditions across different pages of the table and also to reduce the number of requests to the server.

How does that option work exactly to reduce the number of requests to the server?

Frankly - I'm not sure! I suspect things have moved on since that doc was originally written. I'll look into updating it.

that doc might need some review anyway. It's not clear where to set searchBuilderType. I assume in the column, but that's not working.

@tacman1123 yes place it in columns. The key is the leading columns for the config option name, for example: columns.searchBuilderType.

An example would be good plus this text is incorrect:

The default value of the columns.searchBuilderTitle is undefined

It should searchBuilderType not searchBuilderTitle. @allan will need to change this.

but that's not working.
