If 1.10.23 is WCAG 2.2AA compliance, please provide me some discussion link or documentation link.

    v1 of DataTables is no longer supported. Version 2.1.7 is the current release. I strongly recommend you upgrade.

    Regarding compliance, there is no "certificate" of compliance, but as far as I am aware, yes it is. Feedback from those who use assistive technology is always very welcome though.
