Colvis problems

I have the ColVis plugin that is working but it doesn't show the colum names in the Show/Hide Columns button (only checkboxes) with empty field.
If I select any of the checkboxes the column shows/hide.
Remarked this problem recently only after upgraded to 1.9-Beta and 1.9 final but non sure this is connected.

That's odd! This example is using ColVis with 1.9.0 and it seems to be working fine for me: http://datatables.net/release-datatables/extras/ColVis/index.html .

Can you link me to your page or a fast case which is showing the problem?

Ah I see - it is because you have a second row in the header - ColVis will use the text content of the cell that has sorting applied to it. In this case that is the second row (with the filter). You can change that with the bSortCellsTop parameter (which I would suspect you want to do anyway).

Ok thanks. I set the bSortCellsTop to true and columns names are shown again.
I have now an alignment problem that I do not have in the other case.

Can you try using DataTables 1.9.1.dev (the nightly here: http://datatables.net/download ) as there are a few improvements for this kind of thing.

Failing that, then it would be really useful for me if I were able to access the page to I can test it and see what exactly is happening. You and PM me by clicking on my name in the forum and selecting "Send message" if you don't want to make the site public.
