Fix for DT_RowId is cleared when using server-side data and editable plugin

Hi,
If one use server-side data and the JSON contains the DT_RowId all the elements get their ids properly: . When one use the downloadable Editable plugin (v1.3) all the ids from get blank: no matter what you set in JSON.
To fix this just download the latest version from trunk (v2.1.4 now) and all works like charms.
