Init Event for Filter row

Is there an event that I can hook into that occurs when the header and footer (not the table row and footer) are initialized? I want to run some javascript after the filter and limit dropdowns are created in DOM and I don't want to wait until the entire table is drawn when I can use fnInitComplete. I am sure there is something in the docs for this but I can't find it.
