Datatable scroll_xy column header data misallignment issue.

If we use both horizontal/vertical scrolling on datatable, then on horizontal scrolling to extreme right the table data and header gets misalligned.This can also be seen in http://datatables.net/examples/basic_init/scroll_xy.html.If we scroll to the exteme right then towards the end only table body scrolls while header remains fixed.

This issue has already been fixed 1.9.1.dev version, I just copied the code for this fix in 1.9.0 and the issue was resolved.
